DataVita DV3 Chapelhall
New three-storey data centre on a cleared 4.4-acre brownfield site on York Road, next to DataVita's DV1, approved by North Lanarkshire Council in January 2026. In August 2026 DataVita secured a GBP300m debt facility, backed by a National Wealth Fund guarantee, to build DV3 and expand DV1, with both contracted to CoreWeave on a 15-year lease; DataVita says it is under construction. IT capacity has not been published. Coordinates are those of the neighbouring DV1 (ML6 8HW).
