CyrusOne LON6 (Iver Heath)
Proposed CyrusOne campus on the Shannon Group site and adjacent land at Iver Heath, near Iver Grid Supply Point, with about 30,000 sq m of technical space. CyrusOne announced it as 90MW in June 2025 but its current page says 108MW, so capacity is left blank. CyrusOne planned to break ground in Q3 2026 with first capacity in early 2028. Coordinates are the SL0 postcode district centre.
