Planned 50MW AI data centre (scalable to 90MW) on a former scaffolding yard off Langston Road. In October 2026 Microsoft withdrew as anchor tenant after UK Power Networks reportedly said it could not supply enough power until the early to mid-2030s; Nscale says it remains committed to the project.
