Shelborn Drummond Ltd is the company behind the South Gyle data centre proposal on the former Royal Bank of Scotland headquarters site at Redheughs Avenue, Edinburgh, a scheme reported to be backed by the property investor Shelborn Asset Management. Companies House lists it as incorporated in May 2022 with a registered office in London, its business as letting and operating real estate, and Shelborn Edinburgh Ltd as the person with significant control. The City of Edinburgh Council refused planning permission in principle in February 2026, although its planners had recommended approval.
